I was studying a little more about the hackintoshs and their performance. How to work in a place that has the original Macs, it’s easy for me to analyze clearly and in practice the major differences.

Tests including a UEFI see: 0.45b2, refit 1.3 and Leopard 10.5.4 (5,6,7 and 10.5.8). Cards that I quote here is the chipset 945 and 975. By far, if only to analyze the hardware, the newer cards perform better in theory but not in the case of hackintoshs. They use much the chipset and in this case (using a VT for capturing and recording a tape using Final Cut newer) machine with 945 chipset and processor and less memory (Core 2 Duo and 3GB of memory) had a PARKER Fomas in conveying the so-called legs. Have a 975 with Core 2 Duo and Core 2 Quad (changed just to make sure that the problem was the other) and 3 GB of memory and 4gb, in both tests, the 945 was superior in the capture. The card with the 975 chipset was having legs (picture flicks).

Unfortunately, the shutdown stopped working on 10.5.8 and the video card has a job to go back to the Quartz Extreme and Core Image (which has been resolved before the tests), but leave it to explain in other posts, even why The purpose of this site is to show the world the tests on several things.

Eu estava estudando um pouco mais sobre os hackintoshs e seus desempenhos. Como trabalho em um lugar que possui Macs originais, fica fácil pra mim analizar de forma clara e na prática as principais diferenças.

Os testes incluindo uma UEFI ver: 0.45b2 , refit 1,3 e o Leopard 10.5.4 (5,6,7 e 10.5.8). As placas que vou citar aqui são as com chipset 945 e 975. De longe, se for analizar apenas o hardware, as placas mais novas teoricamente apresentam desempenho superior, mas não no caso dos hackintoshs. Eles usam muito o chipset e neste caso (usando um VT para captura e gravação de uma fita usando o Final Cut mais novo) a máquina com o chipset 945 e com processador e memórias inferiores( Core 2 Duo e 3gb de Memória) não teve a fomasa paradinha na transmição os chamados legs. Já a 975 com processador Core 2 Duo e Core 2 Quad (trocados apenas para certificar que o problema era outro) e memória de 3 gb e 4gb, em ambos os testes, a 945 foi superior na captura. A placa com o chipset 975 estava tendo legs (flicks de imagem).

Infelizmente, o shutdown parou de funcionar no 10.5.8 e a placa de vídeo deu um trabalho para voltar a usar o Quartz Extreme e o Core Image (que já foi resolvido antes dos testes), mas isto deixarei para explicar em outros posts, até mesmo porquê o objetivo deste site é mostrar ao mundo os testes feitos com diversas coisas.
